I miss Loretta. We met a few weeks ago when I came to her with healing oil and Communion becauseshe was in hospice. It has been a joy to be with her and her family through this transition. I was with hera few hours before her death and able to pray from the BCP. On June 18th I will conduct the funeral forLoretta in the church she had worshipped in since she was a little girl. She also worshipped with herfamily in Florida for many years. Great is God’s faithfulness to us that her death, which was anticipatedto be difficult, was peaceful. Please pray for the Stumpf family. Even at the grave we say, Alleluia.

Welcome Rev. Pat, Farewell Rev. Denise
After the 10:00 service Sunday, May 15, 2011 a reception was held in the library to welcome our new Priest-in-Charge, Rev. Patricia C. Cashman and to bid farewell to Rev. Denise Yarbrough who has been our Priest-in-Charge for the past nine months. There were mixed feelings as the 'baton' was passed. The search committee has worked long hours to accomplish this feat, and yet Rev. Denise will surely be missed. The food and fellowship were both great!
